  • Joseph considers it a privilege to partner with people to create a home, to walk them through the process to achieve their dream. Since founding LTD Architectural in 2008, he has developed a reputation for designing homes that are not only beautiful, but also efficient, affordable, and sustainable.

  • David is fascinated by the conversation that happens between a sculptural, built structure, and its natural setting. A visionary and artist, David’s designs have won awards and acclaim in Aotearoa and beyond. Doing right by people and by the planet is at the core of his design and business practice.

  • Senior Architectural Technician

    Andrew views the world through an architectural lens. Constantly observing and analysing, he knows which strategies will work and how a building will come together. Focused, thorough, and experienced, Andrew is determined to create designs that stand the test of time.

  • Senior Architectural Technician/Client Manager

    Anna’s talent for logic, spatial awareness, and design can be traced right back to her childhood. She now has years of draughting and architectural experience. The goal of sustainability is always informing her work. A creator at heart, Anna is all about nurturing things to a beautiful end result.

  • Architectural Designer and Key Client Manager

    Celeste turns client ideas into plans that are workable, beautiful, and complete. She doesn’t do things by halves, striving to bring each design as close to perfection as possible. Her helpful, committed nature is an asset both at work and in her role as a volunteer firefighter.

  • Architectural Designer

    Resourceful and big-hearted, Elfie was initially drawn to architecture by a desire to have more young people growing up in healthy homes. Medium-density architecture is Elfie’s strength - she has years of experience solving the puzzle of creating beautiful, healthy designs with tight space and budgets.

    Jessica sees architecture as the perfect combination of art and science. A true nature-lover, she gets great satisfaction from harnessing a site's full potential for beauty, sunlight, and comfort. Designing buildings that bring maximum well-being and joy to their inhabitants is what motivates Jessica.

    Client ideas and dreams are Kara’s main inspiration. She is skilled at developing those concepts through to designs which soak up the best of each site’s warmth, light, and natural landscape. An international Taekwon-do athlete for 15 years, Kara brings integrity, perseverance, and discipline into all she does.

    For Kirsty, it is all about turning clients’ dreams into bold, eye-catching, beautiful homes. Creative, approachable, and a great listener, Kirsty makes communication and collaboration easy. Her years of experience in this industry translate into design work that delights clients and gets the most out of each unique site.

  • Associate and Studio Manager

    Nadia works with intensity and focus to produce results. She is a passionate advocate for classic, workable design that flows together and makes sense visually and practically. Nadia is an expert at process management and working with others to keep outcomes and timelines on track.

  • Architectural Designer

    Sam is known for his outside-the-square, creative problem-solving skills. A calm and observant thinker, he brings his unique perspective to all the design stages from initial concepts through to final technical details. With more than a decade in the industry, Sam is experienced at navigating challenges and bringing client goals to fruition.
